Dear Sir,
Just a few words to let you know what thoughts were on my mind after last
night's event...
I
am a big believer in the old saying, "What we send into the lives of others
comes back into our own." When you pull together these events it appears to
me that they are done with a heart filled with love for your fellow man and
hope for a better future. You can't help but reap a harvest of both. Keep
doing good and God will bless your efforts. Psalm 128 "Blessed is every one
that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the
labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee."
Again thank you for your desire and all the hard work you invest in planning
these events so those of us here in AZ have a opportunity to enjoy the
world, even if for a moment, as it used to be.
Thanks,
Travis Gold Canyon, AZ.
Sir,
I
would just like to tell you how much my sister and I enjoyed the Presidents'
Day Ball tonight. It was a joy to be there. I will also add that our guest,
Sara K., enjoyed herself too. Over appetizers at Applebee's, in what has now
become our tradition after these Balls, she commented on how great a time
she had; and she also said that she was unquestionably counting on attending
the Civil War Ball next month! Thank you very much for making it possible
for her to try it out for free with the free ticket with purchase of two
deal, I think that the investment paid off!

My Dear Mr. Washington
I
had an exceedingly pleasant time last night and was disappointed to leave at
such an early hour. I talked to many new dancers and am amazed at how you
continue to find new people to share your gift of the love of history with.
I attempted to do my duty and bring up ladies to the dance floor who had sat
out the previous dance, and found no lady reluctant to make their way onto
the floor. (It was a tough job, but somebody had to do it). They all seemed
to have a wonderful time. It was nice that the dances were kept rather
simple to compliment the high number of new-comers and make sure that no one
was frustrated. I also heartily concur that there was an abundance of beauty
and beautiful people at the Ball.
I
plan to attend the 1863 Civil War Ball and proudly represent the 5th New
York Volunteer Infantry, more commonly known as Duryee's Zouaves.

Hi Guys!
Thank You so much for a magnificent time. We smiled 'til our cheeks hurt! If
we'd had our children with us we would be able to say it was the best time
we ever had! We will just have to wait for the March Ball to be able to say
that! Thank You again for such an outstanding job. Our Valentines Weekend
2003 shall be imprinted on our hearts for years to come!
Know that you are in our prayers. May God's Will Be Done. +
In Jesus' Love,

Dear Lord Scott:
Thanks again for a wonderful time at the ball. My daughter had a great time
and I so much enjoyed all of the people having a great time. I especially
enjoyed the little one getting out there and dancing.
Thanks.
Your humble servant
General Grant
Dear Lord Scott and your lovely wife...
Thank you so much for the lovely evening of dancing and enjoyable
fellowship! Our entire family enjoyed the President's Ball and fully intend
to participate in the War Between the States Ball! We have already invited
grandparents and cousins.
Congratulations on a job well done! God has equipped certain ones of us to
be visionaries and you two have certainly worked hard to make those grand
ideas a reality!!
Thank you!
We look forward to enjoying another evening dancing with you, your daughters
and pleasant guests.
Most sincerely,
Diana S. & Family Ahwatukee, AZ.
Dear Sir,
The ball on Saturday was wonderful! What a great memory. Thank you so much.
I look forward in coming to the next ball on the 22nd of March.
Thank you again!!!
Sincerely,
Catherine Ahwatukee, AZ.
Lord Scott's first try at calling was a phenomenal success. He had dancers
whooping and hollering their way down the sets in the Virginia Reel. He even
wrote this version! All evening, it was a joy to see the glee in the
dancers' faces. The young people are especially impressive in their dress,
manners, and enthusiasm. What a privilege to be part of this group!

I
just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for another wonderful
ball! The music was beautiful and we loved how simple the dances were. Bless
you for all the work you do and tell your wife we are thankful that she
doesn't mind all the time you so very obviously spend doing these balls.
Sincerely,
Ranelle Maricopa, AZ.
I
had a great time at the Lincoln ball. Thank you for the great time. I have
already told several people and they will be attending your 1863 ball. Your
ball opened up my eyes to a new world of knowledge, thank you.
